We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated team player to join our team at Belleville Volkswagen as a Sales Consultant! The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers as well as becoming an in-depth VW product specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends.
• Be motivated to achieve sales targets and meet performance goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure delivery standards in every transaction to uphold customer satisfaction.
• Utilize computer systems, CRM software, and digital tools to streamline sales processes.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times when interacting with customers and colleagues.
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to address inquiries and maintain smooth interactions.

Qualifications:

• Valid OMVIC Certificate.
• Valid driver's license with clean abstract.
• Previous dealership experience is an asset.
• Desire to provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to embrace a fast-paced work environment.
